C., I provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various fields, such as taxation, litigation, arbitration, criminal law, and amparo procedures. I have more than 25 years of experience as a partner at this firm, and I have successfully litigated and resolved more than 1000 complex cases in federal courts.

I have a strong academic background and a passion for continuous learning. I have obtained multiple postgraduate degrees and diplomas in various areas of law, such as arbitration, energy law, constitutional law, human rights and criminal law from reputable institutions, such as the Université Catholique de Lovain, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, American Arbitration Association, Universidad Panamericana, Escuela Libre de Derecho. I am also served as an international member of several prestigious organizations, such as the Transnational Taxation Network, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation, as well as a national member of the Mexican Bar Association and the Mexican Realtors Association.
